Panasonic Technical Services (PTS) connects consistent delivery of your superior in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) system with realizing passenger loyalty and satisfaction.

PTS delivers the tools, infrastructure and processes for optimal operation and maintenance of your IFEC system, and also offers a global maintenance and repair infrastructure to be where you need us most.

PTS is the world’s leader in IFEC maintenance services. With eight repair locations and forty-five line maintenance stations globally, PTS operates the most extensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) network in the world.
